Downloading Your Data Before Account Deletion

If you decide to delete your EXIT account, you may want to keep a copy of your important documents first. Since deleted accounts cannot be recovered, we recommend downloading anything you wish to keep before proceeding.

📥 How to Download Your Documents

1. Log in to the E.X.I.T. app with your account credentials.
2. From the Main Dashboard, tap the Download Documents button.
3. A list of your saved documents will appear.
4. Tap the Download button underneath each document you want to keep.

Repeat this for each file you’d like to save.

⚠️ Important Notes

• You must download documents one by one — there is no bulk download option at this time.
• Once you delete your account, you will no longer be able to access your documents in the app.
• Make sure you’ve saved all the files you need before moving forward with account deletion.
