Exit Life Ready: Final Wishes(by E.X.I.T.) is a mobile application designed to help users prepare for the expected or unexpected end of life through thoughtful planning and secure data management.

We respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you no longer wish to use Exit Life Ready: Final Wishes and want your data removed, you can request account deletion directly from within the app.

How to Delete Your Account and Data

To delete your account and personal data from the Exit Life Ready: Final Wishes app:

1. Open the Exit Life Ready: Final Wishes app on your device.

2. Tap on your profile photo to go to the My Profile screen.

3. Tap the red Delete Account button at the bottom of the screen.

4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is removed:

• Your name, email address, and phone number

• Your personal profile information

• Any content you uploaded or entered into the app

• Your address or location details (if provided)

What Data Is Retained

We retain only the following:

• Anonymized analytics data, which cannot be linked to your identity and is used solely to improve app performance and user experience

• Transaction-related information, if any, which we are legally required to keep for tax and regulatory purposes (e.g., receipts for paid subscriptions)

This retained data is securely stored and handled according to our privacy policy and local laws.
