Resetting Your Password in the EXIT App

If you’ve forgotten your password — or just want to create a new one for security — you can reset it anytime. This process is quick and secure, so you can get back into your account without losing any data.
- 1Start the Reset Process
- Open the E.X.I.T. app.
- On the login screen, tap Forgot Password?
- Enter the email address linked to your account.
- 2Check Your Email
- Look for an email from E.X.I.T. Support with the subject: Password Reset Instructions.
- If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk folders.
- For best results, search your mailbox for exitlifeready.com.
- 3Create a New Password
- Click the reset link in the email.
- Enter a new, strong password:
- At least 8 characters
- A mix of upper and lowercase letters
- At least one number and one symbol (e.g., !, $, #)
- Confirm your new password and submit.
- 4Sign In Again
- Return to the E.X.I.T. app.
- Sign in with your email address and your new password.
If the Reset Link Doesn’t Work
- Password reset links expire after a short time for security.
- If the link is expired or shows an error, repeat the steps above to request a new one.

If tapping the link in the email does not automatically open the EXIT app, please contact our support team at contact@exitlifeready.com for assistance.
