App Running Slowly

If the E.X.I.T. app feels slow, laggy, or takes a long time to load content, try the steps below to improve performance.
- 1Close Background Apps
Running too many apps at once can slow down your device.
Platform note- Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-press the Home button).
- Find E.X.I.T. and swipe it up to close.
Platform note- Open Settings > Apps > EXIT
- Tap Force Stop.
- 2Check Your Internet Connection
The E.X.I.T. app depends on a stable connection to load your information.
- Make sure you’re connected to Wi-Fi or have a strong mobile data signal.
- Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data if one feels slow.
- 3Free Up Storage
Low device storage can affect app performance.
- Delete unused apps, old photos, or large files you no longer need.
- Aim to keep at least 10–15% of your device’s storage free.
- 4Restart Your Device
A simple restart can clear temporary glitches and speed things up.
- Power your phone or tablet off completely.
- Wait at least 10 seconds, then turn it back on.
- 5Update the App and Device Software
- App Updates: Open the App Store or Google Play Store to see if a new version of E.X.I.T. is available.
- System Updates: Make sure your phone or tablet is running the latest operating system version.
- 6Reinstall the App
If performance issues continue:
- Delete the E.X.I.T. app.
- Reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Sign back in with your account.
- 7Contact Support

Important
Reinstalling the app does not delete your saved data in E.X.I.T., but you will need your login information to sign back in.
