App Crashes or Won’t Open

If the E.X.I.T. app crashes, freezes, or won’t open at all, it’s usually due to a temporary software or device issue. Follow the steps below to get back up and running.
- 1Force Close the App
Reopen the app and see if it works normally.
Platform note- Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-press the Home button).
- Find E.X.I.T. and swipe it up to close.
Platform note- Open Settings > Apps > E.X.I.T.
- Tap Force Stop.
- 2Restart Your Device
- Turn your phone or tablet off completely.
- Wait at least 10 seconds before turning it back on.
- This can clear temporary system glitches.
- 3Check for Updates
- App Updates: Open the App Store or Google Play Store and check for any E.X.I.T. updates.
- Device Updates: Ensure your phone’s operating system is up to date.
- 4Free Up Storage Space
The app may have trouble running if your device storage is almost full.
- Delete unused apps or files.
- Clear large media files you no longer need.
- 5Reinstall the App
If the issue continues:
- Delete the E.X.I.T. app from your device.
- Download it again from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Sign back in with your account credentials.

Important:
Reinstalling the app does not delete your saved data in E.X.I.T., but you will need your login information to sign back in.
