App Crashes or Won’t Open

If the E.X.I.T. app crashes, freezes, or won’t open at all, it’s usually due to a temporary software or device issue. Follow the steps below to get back up and running.

    Force Close the App

    Reopen the app and see if it works normally.

    1. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-press the Home button).
    2. Find E.X.I.T. and swipe it up to close.

    1. Open Settings > Apps > E.X.I.T.
    2. Tap Force Stop.

    Restart Your Device
    • Turn your phone or tablet off completely.
    • Wait at least 10 seconds before turning it back on.
    • This can clear temporary system glitches.

    Check for Updates
    • App Updates: Open the App Store or Google Play Store and check for any E.X.I.T. updates.
    • Device Updates: Ensure your phone’s operating system is up to date.

    Free Up Storage Space

    The app may have trouble running if your device storage is almost full.

    • Delete unused apps or files.
    • Clear large media files you no longer need.

    Reinstall the App

    If the issue continues:

    1. Delete the E.X.I.T. app from your device.
    2. Download it again from the App Store or Google Play Store.
    3. Sign back in with your account credentials.

Important:

Reinstalling the app does not delete your saved data in E.X.I.T., but you will need your login information to sign back in.
