Joy Wirta is an entrepreneur, end-of-life doula, educator, healthcare advocate, and Founder & CEO of EXIT Life Ready. With more than 25 years of leadership in public service, Joy has dedicated her career to advancing preparedness planning, supporting families, and driving innovation in healthcare and aging. Her experience as a speaker, educator, and community leader has shaped the vision behind EXIT Life Ready—creating practical tools that help people prepare with confidence. Joy is also a senior volunteer with multitude of community organizations.
Jordan E. Duplessis
Co-Founder | Partner, Northern Law LLP
Jordan E. Duplessis brings extensive legal expertise and strategic guidance to EXIT Life Ready. As a Partner at Northern Law LLP, he helps ensure the platform reflects current Ontario legal practices while promoting responsible estate and preparedness planning. Beyond his legal practice, Jordan is an active community leader, serving on numerous boards and committees throughout Greater Sudbury and advocating for initiatives that strengthen the communities he serves.
